Project Outcome

Glen was working on a wonderful product but he  had difficulty to explain each of his clients how the product worked. He wanted a slick video that would do the job for him.

To kick off the project, we sat with Glen to better understand his vision for the product. To better illustrate the problem sets we set out to solve, we went ahead and did some research. We put together a user story on the current situation of our target market.  We asked ourselves questions like –
What were the pain points?
What was the current process of solving it?
How does CoachVantage solve their specific problems?

Glen was extremely happy with the final video as it showcased how our character was using the application to streamline their workflow. He immediately used the video on the homepage of his website and is very happy ever since.

Our Brief Process

Storyboarding & Concept

First, we focused on defining the high-level story & the scripting to make sure the flows and architecture of the video were correct. This allows us to eliminate revisions as we were transparent as to what the process was.

Animation Process

Once the storyline and the reference visuals were approved. We crafted a female as around 67% of his existing clients were female. We started the animation process. That’s where we found a balance between the confident color scheme with the lighter and more friendly illustrations.

Final Handoff

We sent Glen a rough cut of the video for his final approval before the final render. Once we were both happy with the direction, We moved on to add as much detail and magic to the creative. We delivered a horizontal version and a square version with the subtitles burned in!
