📚🌟 Get ready to embark on a mesmerizing journey through the realms of literature at the Nahar JITO Bookathon! JITO Bookathon 2024 was more than a literary festival — it was a cultural odyssey. A bold experiment where 108 authors came together to weave a kaleidoscope of perspectives across 108 genres, inviting readers into a transformative journey of ideas, stories, and knowledge. The Flo Studio was entrusted with transforming this monumental vision into a living, breathing brand experience.
CRAFTING THE BRAND

We designed a comprehensive brand identity for the JITO Bookathon that captured the essence of a modern, inclusive, and intellectually enriching literary festival. The identity was built around a color palette insipired by the original brand JITO colours  to evoke tradition and wisdom, with subtle greys and off-whites for balance and elegance. 

The typography system was carefully chosen to reflect readability and character: a classic sans-serif font for headlines to convey authority and timelessness, paired with a clean sans-serif for body text to ensure clarity across digital and print platforms. The result: an identity that didn’t just brand a festival, but created a space where intellect and imagination felt at home.
ELEVATING THE VISION

To secure visionary partners, we crafted a pitch deck that blended storytelling with precision. Every slide was designed not only to inform but to inspire — to showcase scale, impact, and ambition in a way that felt premium and purposeful. 
Clarity of hierarchy, immersive visuals, and meaningful narratives together elevated the Bookathon’s proposition, helping attract collaborators who resonated with the mission of igniting a global reading culture.
REACHING THE WORLD
As part of our holistic approach, we designed and developed a custom responsive website tailored specifically for the JITO Bookathon. The site served as the central digital hub for the event — thoughtfully built around the brand identity we created for the Bookathon. 

1. A responsive website built for all devices.
2.Profiles for all 108 authors, complete with books, bios, and session details.
3. A seamless registration system with a design language that mirrored the festival’s refined literary tone.

The website became more than an information hub — it was an elegant discovery journey, where each click invited visitors deeper into the world of words.
PROMOTIONAL VIDEOS
To amplify the Bookathon across channels, we produced a series of promotional films — from full-length showcases to quick teasers. Each video carried the energy of the event: dynamic, inspiring, and cinematic. Together, they captured the imagination of audiences, drawing them into the festival before they even turned the first page.

CUSTOM MEDIA KIT: EMPOWERING 108 AUTHORS

To amplify the reach of the JITO Bookathon, we designed a comprehensive media kit tailored for each of the 108 participating authors. The kit was created to help them promote the event seamlessly across their personal and professional networks — including social media, email, and offline channels.

Each author received a personalized set of assets featuring their name, author image & their book title, a unique visual identity aligned with the overall Bookathon branding.

This empowered every author to become a brand ambassador for the event, significantly boosting organic reach, credibility, and audience engagement.
TECH STACK & CREATIVE POWERHOUSE

To host the JITO Bookathon seamlessly and create a sense of belonging among participants, we built a dedicated community on Nas.io — a powerful platform for hosting events and engaging audiences. ​​​​​​​
Our team managed the entire technical setup of the event on Nas.io, including creating structured event pages, session reminders, and real-time interactions. We didn’t just stop at functionality — we elevated the user experience by designing custom creatives tailored for each touchpoint on the platform, ensuring every interaction reflected the core Bookathon identity. From banners and speaker highlights to session thumbnails and onboarding visuals, everything was thoughtfully crafted to maintain brand consistency.
The result was a massive, thriving digital community that stayed engaged throughout the week-long festival — with smooth operations, a visually rich interface, and a highly interactive environment.
