Overview
We collaborated with Digbi Health, a groundbreaking virtual care platform. Digbi Health is the pioneer in leveraging AI, clinical insights, genetics, gut microbiome data, and behavioral signals to address the root causes of polychronic mental and physical illnesses associated with weight and gut issues.
The Problem
Gut health can be a confusin and honestly difficult topic to grasp, but it's very important for overall well-being. Understanding it is a challenge and making content so that our audiences understand it is difficult as well. During our research, we learned a lot about how the gut works and how it can affect our daily lives. Our goal was to turn this complex information into easy-to-understand videos for Digbi Health, so more people could benefit.
We spent a lot of time scripting to simplify the science of gut health. Each video was designed to clearly explain how to use the app and improve gut health step by step. This way, users can easily follow along and make positive changes to their health.
The Mascot
We took Digbi's exiting mascot and breathed life to it! We made a 3D Version of the mascot so we can do practiclly anything with him/her and essentilly used him a lot in our video content
We designed the Digbi Mascot to for usage for various media communications & external communications and developed a fully 3D version of the mascot to be used in video.
Process
Conceptualization: We teamed up with Digbi Health's marketing team, starting with their rough script. We reviewed past videos and created a new motion design style to keep all the videos consistent.
Storyboarding: We turned the concepts and scripts into a visual storyboard, making sure each frame clearly communicated the message. The videos were designed to be informative and visually engaging.
Animation: Using the approved storyboard, our animators used Adobe Creative Suite to bring the story to life. We created device animations, animated the mascot, and used motion design to enhance the message. Each video was 1 to 3 minutes long. It took about a month to complete all 10 videos.
Feedback: We held regular feedback sessions to make sure the videos aligned with Digbi's vision.
Outcome
We provide an accessible, engaging, and educational resource to help Digbi Health's users to understand the functionality of Digbi Health App. Gut health is an important issue and we were glad we were able to help Digbi Health create these videos and spread awareness of the same!
